Max Walmsley is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Mitchall Mines & Minerals Ltd., where he has played a critical role in shaping the company’s financial framework and strategic growth since its founding in 2008. Working in partnership with CEO Julian Chambers, Mr. Walmsley helped transform a Saskatchewan-based exploration venture into a vertically integrated mining operation with five active Canadian sites and one in Ecuador.

With over 25 years of experience in mining finance, corporate structuring, and resource-sector investment, Mr. Walmsley has been instrumental in securing capital for exploration, development, and production projects. He led the company’s early-stage funding rounds, managed its transition into commercial operations, and continues to oversee all aspects of financial planning, investor relations, and risk management.
